I won this watch in a giveaway. I was looking at getting one anyway and got lucky. I have to say after wearing it for a week now I would be happy to have paid more than the asking price. Its very well made and feels great on the wrist. Its stylish and I have had a lot of comments from people asking where I got it. A great watch for someone wanting to add something a little different in there collection.

Ive not had this too long but its definitely comfortable to wear, even with skinny wrists and a 45mm case diameter. The strap aids the comfort and is hand stitched. The bronze case is already starting to patina, only after a week! Theres a slight colour variation between the case which is bronze and the buckle, screw down crown and case back, which are antiques stainless steel, but youre rarely ever going to see them all at once anyway, and I heard from somewhere that its not very healthy to have something that patinates in direct contact with skin for prolonged periods of time. On the note of screw down crown, the watch is rated to 200m water resistance though I havent been brave enough to test that since this is the most expensive watch in my possession... The bezel does rotate, although since its unmarked, it serves its use as fidget factor and not much else. I get the idea behind the design, what with the rivets looking like a hatch, but that could have been a nice addition, in my opinion. The lumed markers with a California dial is easy to read and I had no problem reading it through the domed sapphire crystal lens during our super sunny heatwave last week. The one time I looked at my watch in the dark, the lumes were still charged so I was able to see what ungodly time I woke up at. Overall, I like this watch a lot and has quickly become my favourite everyday watch. That being said, the price at $600 could be a bit of a turn off for a lot of people.

I dig this bold, bronze diver. The dial and lume are excellent and its a perfect model for the beefy leather and canvas straps in my collection. Thanks to the wire lugs, it wears remarkably well for such a large watch.

Got the Stalingrad Kursk bronze with black bezel last week. Very impressed so far by this piece. Love the Cali dial and applied indices. Its built is very solid and the convenience of changing straps is made easier with the quick release. Even the lume is outstanding. It has been such a joy wearing it so far and really comfortable on the wrist. Highly recommended for sure. Keep up the great work guys.
